The project aims to support people with mental health problems, people with learning difficulties and people with a learning disability. Our structured sessions focus on emotional and physical well-being, personal development as well as providing practical help and support.
Training Sessions & Workshops
These structured sessions run on a weekly basis. Topics that will be covered in these sessions are:
- Mindfulness – Building a healthy mind body connection, breaking the cycle of negative emotions.
- Well-being – Understanding the importance of looking after our emotional health as well as our physical health.
- Stress Management – Identifying the sources of stress and how to manage it.
- Confidence Building – Working on your self esteem using techniques to improve your confidence and assertiveness skills.
