Delivered in partnership with Essex County Council, AB4D is for adults with a learning disability or other experiences of disability, as well as their families and carers. Our weekly AB4D drop-in group offers a warm and welcoming space where people can socialise, take part in activities, discuss important issues, share their views, and help shape local services.

We use a mix of fun and helpful activities, including:

• Talks and guest speakers

• Group activities and discussions

• Interactive sessions

• One-to-one support and problem-solving

• Sessions led by people who attend the group

• Health Access Champion one-to-one and group discussions

• Community-based activities

 
Our group is free to attend with no registration required. You can just drop in each week to join whenever it works for you. We also facilitate groups in Colchester, Braintree and across South Essex. Please contact us for more information.
