LikeMinds Essex is a peer support platform that offers a safe, supportive space for neurodivergent adults from across Essex who do not have a learning disability to connect with like-minded others, share experiences, exchange information and coping strategies, explore interests, build confidence, and develop self-advocacy.

As part of LikeMinds Essex, we also run ARTISM, a creative group that gives members the chance to explore self-expression and enjoy art and crafts in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

LikeMinds Essex groups meet monthly and are free to attend, with refreshments provided for in-person sessions. If you are joining us for the first time, you will need to register.
