GP Appointment Booking Survey

After speaking with our staff and the people we work with at SUMMIT, we have noticed a common theme. Many are finding it difficult to book a GP appointment since local surgeries have moved to online systems such as Accurx. We would like to hear how this change has affected you.

As part of the Coastal Lives Foundation, SUMMIT is running a short, independent survey to understand your experiences of booking GP appointments, including what works well and what does not. Your feedback will help us develop practical recommendations to improve access to GP services and guide the development and funding of future SUMMIT services so we can better support local people. Everything you share will be kept confidential, and any quotes we use will remain completely anonymous.

You can take part online by visiting https://tally.so/r/mKjEVV. You are also welcome to contact us directly at info@summitservices.org.uk or by calling 01255 429778. We can also post you a printed survey with a stamped addressed envelope so you can fill it in and return it back to us. An easy read version is available, and if it’s more convenient, we can go through the questions with you over the phone instead.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
