Do you live in Tendring and have tried to book a GP appointment in the last 12 months?
We want to hear about your experience.
Our independent survey exploring how local people access GP services, particularly since many surgeries introduced online booking systems, will close on Tuesday 30th June.
There’s still time to get involved. So far, more than 100 residents have shared their experiences with us, including what is working well, what challenges they have faced, who may be struggling most with these changes, and what could be done to make access fairer and more inclusive for everyone.
Despite the hard work and commitment shown every day by GP staff, many people, especially those who are most vulnerable, are finding it increasingly difficult to access the care and support they need.
If these changes have affected you, your experiences and views matter. The survey takes just 2-3 minutes to complete and can be filled in anonymously.

You are also welcome to contact us directly at info@summitservices.org.uk or by calling 01255 429778. We can send you a printed copy of the survey with a stamped addressed envelope, provide an easy read version, or talk through the questions with you over the phone if that would be more helpful.
Your feedback will directly shape a report reflecting the experiences of local people and support the future development of SUMMIT services to better help people access healthcare in Tendring.
Together, we can help make GP services fairer, easier to access, and more inclusive for everyone in our community.
