SUMMIT is exploring the development of a new LikeMinds Essex peer group for women navigating menopause or perimenopause alongside Autism, ADHD, or other forms of neurodivergence. By sharing your ideas, thoughts and experiences, you can help shape the kind of support that neurodivergent women across Essex would like to see and access in the future.

Would you like to try journaling for wellbeing?
Starting in June 2026, Tiptoe Creatives will be running monthly journaling groups at SUMMIT House. Led by Laura May, a writer from Clacton-on-Sea, the sessions support people to try different journaling techniques and explore themes such as mindfulness and self-expression.

Introducing Zenergi
Thanks to funding from the Active Essex Foundation, SUMMIT is proud to launch ZENERGI, a free wellbeing programme designed to support young adults aged 17–25 through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection with nature.
