Our aim is to build a robust community for neurodivergent adults and their families, a community where adults can connect with other like-minded people, share passionate interests and successful coping strategies.
Like Minds is a new platform of peer support groups in Essex for autistic people, and those who identify as neurodivergent to join and meet like-minded people, share interests and become self advocates. This platform provides a safe space for neurodivergent adults to meet and discuss issues that are important to them, whilst raising awareness of autism in the wider community.
We currently have monthly peer support groups in:
Thurrock
Braintree
Chelmsford
Clacton on Sea - Family Carers
Virtual online - ZOOM
