Peer Support Group

A peer support group for adults with a learning disability and autistic individuals to meet each other in-person. The group aims to provides individuals the opportunity to share their:

·        Special interests

·        Information & knowledge

·        Group development ideas

·        Experiences

·        Successes and challenges

·        Local issues and give feedback

·        Healthy coping strategies

Calm, supportive in-person meetings will be held every 3rd Tuesday monthly at the Park Pavilion, Harwich.
